Eileen J. Ramos, CEO & Founder of R&R Accounting Group, LLC

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance, I launched R&R Accounting Group, LLC in 2025 to support small businesses with accurate, reliable, and strategic financial services. My professional background includes leadership roles as a Controller, Director of Accounting & Treasury, and Accounting Manager, primarily within private equity-backed and SaaS companies. I’ve led accounting teams, managed complex month-end closes, implemented financial systems, and supported high-growth organizations through every phase of the financial cycle.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Berkeley College (Magna Cum Laude) and am currently completing my Master of Accountancy (MACC) at Rutgers University, with a CPA track targeted for 2026.
